What it is

Blue Solar Water is not a wellness trend. It is a hoʻoponopono practice: water left in cobalt glass in the sun, then drunk as an act of cleansing. It reached the world through Dr. Ihaleakalā Hew Len, who learned it from Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona — the same teacher Kāhealani's own hoʻoponopono lineage runs through.
